Fee: $150 per signing for seller package, purchase closing, refinance closing.
Additional Fees:
1st and 2nd Purchase Closings due to the complexity and volume of documents.
Fee: $50 extra for 2nd Loan Purchase Closing.

Reverse Mortgages: These signings involve specialized knowledge.
Fee: $200 for reverse mortgage signings.
Travel Fees:
Fee: $0.50 per mile for distances beyond 20 miles from base location.
Late-Night or Weekend Signings available:
Fee: $75 premium added Notarization/Travel for after-hours* or weekend signings.
